[MC-116834] "Showing Craftable" button shows uncraftable items of same recipe group

Details

With the "Showing Craftable" button in the Recipe Book is enabled, you can still hold your mouse over some items to see uncraftable items.

Steps to Reproduce:

Grab 2+ types of logs (Dark Oak, Birch).
Throw one of them out (Birch).
Open the Recipe Book (Inventory or Crafting Table).
Put the Recipe Book into "Showing Craftable" mode.
Press and hold your left mouse button and hover over the recipe for wooden planks.
You will see both the craftable planks (Dark Oak) and the uncraftable planks (Birch).

So showing all of them when holding is intended, but is it intended that it cycles through in the "main" book?
It's weird to have, say, wool and red dye in your inventory and pop open the book to see the blue wool recipe.
