No item tag in containers (This is fixed in 17w18b, no need to address)

When opening containers other than my inventory, and crafting tables, I do not have any item names when hovering over the icons. I've tried deleting my 17w14a.jar file to redownload the assets file to reset the textures which did not work. I also tried removing the versions file altogether, but I am still missing the name icon. I do have a texture pack, and I did try removing that too.
