[MC-117364] /reload enhancement means something else to Spigot & Plugins

/reload to reload the achievements is already a reserved command elsewhere

For server owners who run Minecraft under BungeeCord, Spigot, Forge, etc., the /reload is a command used to reload the map (all plugins and world maps). I would recommend changing the name to match the feature in question. For example, /AchieveReload or /areload or even /achieve reload

The spigot team already knows about this, and is fine with it - commands can be namespaced there (so /minecraft:reload and /bukkit:reload are separate commands), and the bukkit /reload will simply be modified to also reload advancements. This isn't the place to talk about it, though.
