[MC-117393] New recipes unlocked while crafting show but don't work until inventory re-open

While crafting some items, a ladder recipe unlocked for me and appeared in the Recipe Book, shown with a red outline as "unavailable" (though I had the sticks in inventory). Clicking it had no effect.

After re-opening inventory, the recipe started working.

Cannot confirm, for me recipes do not unlock until I close my inventory.

@@unknown what the reporter is describing does not sound like MC-115007. There clicking a recipe which is displayed as unavailable despite you having the required items places them in the crafting grid. However, the reporter wrote that "Clicking it had no effect".

From what I remember, clicking the ladder icon simply did nothing. I'm not sure I'll be able to reproduce, but I'll try.

Yes, sorry I meant rather could you explain it a little more detailed.

Anyways, can you please test if this is still the case since the recipe book now updates when your inventory changes.
