When i place redstone on upside down stairs and a lever and i pulled down lever and redstone doesn't activate on upside down stairs.

Likely intended since stairs are no full cube and therefor do not transfer redstone power.

Agree with Marcono - everything seems to be working as intended (see 2017-05-18_16.33.50.png).

The stair is not a solid/full block, so powering the stair block does nothing. the lever is still powered and placing redstone next to it works fine.
