[MC-11787] Minecart Sounds

I had a chicken in a minecart going around a small circle with some booster tracks. Everything was going fine. I hit the minecart, and although it disappeared and the chicken was OK, the minecart sound didn't stop.

Dw - tried reproducing and I couldn't do it again. Looks like a restart fixed whatever it was.
