As funny as it is to say I serve "spider under glass" in my MC, it's not just spiders that get trapped in glass blocks... It's not just spiders I've had trapped in here, there was a cow and a creeper at one point. Please fix how mobs spawn in relation to glass blocks please.

Cannot reproduce. Are you sure there aren't any holes inside of your glass floor?
I tested this inside of a void flatworld with the biome set to plains, moved the platform to level 64, changed the stone to grass and partially filled the air above it with glass. Nothing spawned there, I went more than 20 blocks away and mobs spawned on the side of the platform without glass only.
I'm using solid glass blocks and there are no holes until I poked one and killed that spider and 3 others that spawned a couple days later. I'll try and get you more screen shots if that will help.I'm building another large glass floor next to this one for my "pool" so I'm sure I'll get more mobs in there. I've had baby cows, baby sheep, skeletons, creepers, and zombies spawn IN the glass blocks. Most of those their head pops out so I can whack them, but still they're spawning inside the glass blocks. I'm in survival mode so I don't really know what biome type I'm in exactly.
As luck would have it, I just logged back in and here are some more screenshots of mobs stuck in the glass. Chickens, zombies, a skeleton (I had to kill it to get a closeup of the zombie), and another spider in a different section of my glass block floor. I added the screenshots. I hope this helps.

I've tried several times holding F3 and the C button (simultaneously) for 10 (and a few times longer just to be safe) and the program did not crash. I'm also having a slight difficulty when using the run command to open %appdata%\.minecraft (I was trying to check just to see if it generated a crash report with out crashing the game) since its searching for C:\Users\William and not C:\Users\William Rynearson (not your issue I know, and something I will have to address prior to coming back to you with further information I understand). I apologize for the delay, I'm taking my computer in to get the DVD drive fixed tomorrow any how I'll have them look into this issue further at that time and see if that helps. I again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I will return with updated information as soon as possible. Thank you.
I'm sorry I just realized I should mention they are spawning in solid blocks of glass. The picture of the spider is all solid blocks of glass.
