I've tried several times holding F3 and the C button (simultaneously) for 10 (and a few times longer just to be safe) and the program did not crash. I'm also having a slight difficulty when using the run command to open %appdata%\.minecraft (I was trying to check just to see if it generated a crash report with out crashing the game) since its searching for C:\Users\William and not C:\Users\William Rynearson (not your issue I know, and something I will have to address prior to coming back to you with further information I understand). I apologize for the delay, I'm taking my computer in to get the DVD drive fixed tomorrow any how I'll have them look into this issue further at that time and see if that helps. I again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I will return with updated information as soon as possible. Thank you.
As luck would have it, I just logged back in and here are some more screenshots of mobs stuck in the glass. Chickens, zombies, a skeleton (I had to kill it to get a closeup of the zombie), and another spider in a different section of my glass block floor. I added the screenshots. I hope this helps.
I'm using solid glass blocks and there are no holes until I poked one and killed that spider and 3 others that spawned a couple days later. I'll try and get you more screen shots if that will help.I'm building another large glass floor next to this one for my "pool" so I'm sure I'll get more mobs in there. I've had baby cows, baby sheep, skeletons, creepers, and zombies spawn IN the glass blocks. Most of those their head pops out so I can whack them, but still they're spawning inside the glass blocks. I'm in survival mode so I don't really know what biome type I'm in exactly.
I'm sorry I just realized I should mention they are spawning in solid blocks of glass. The picture of the spider is all solid blocks of glass.
Um, this is still an issue... or it came back somehow. I get one of any type of animal stuck in the North West corner of a fenced in area if there is more than one type of animal in the area (I have just one donkey in a fenced in area and it's not stuck yet, but I have just 2 horses and one is always in the NW corner). I don't know if I should open a new ticket or if this can be reopened... I'll leave this comment for now and if it doesn't reopen in a week I'll submit a new one since I don't see any new bugs with this description.
This seems to be fixed for me. No more creepy sheepy, LOL. Thank you!
I'm willing to hazard a guess it's affecting all of the other texture packs except the default one since there's one saying it's happening to the plastic one as well. Someone probably forgot to flip the sheep "face and feet" button to on for alternative texture packs, LOL.
I haven't been playing because of the issue, now that it shows resolved I'm getting back in and now NONE of my worlds work for more than a couple of minutes before Minecraft crashes. (update) So I started a new world since old worlds still don't work. My new world is now having the same issue, and I wanted to add maybe this little tid-bit... I've noticed that just before my old world crashed and this world started crashing there was a problem with rain... It wouldn't stop after sleeping. It took a couple of in-game days before the game crashed after the rain issue began, but it seems to be a precursor issue (you can resolve it by logging out and back in, which shows the day as it should be... sunny).
