Stitching bug on second layer of player skins

What I expected:
Smooth appearance of player skin

What happened:
Dots and lines at edges of second layers, even if there is none.

Steps to reproduce:
Enter third person mode and you can see dots and lines at the edges of your skin's second layers.
Alternatively, your arm will also show these lines in first person.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected. You do not have access to this yet.

I thought the the current snapshot was basically that, but it's not. I'll fix that, sorry.

Confirmed with AMD Radeon 6700

Less visible now, possibly, but still there. May be an AMD Graphics issue.

I'm affected by it since the new skin format, it never occurred before to me. Something changed and made it more widespread, apparently.

Are your graphic drivers up to date, redstonehelper? I remember that on the computer I first experienced the bug on, the lines disappeared after updating my drivers.

Invalid. Caused by outdated graphics hardware / driver software.

[Mod] redstonehelper

They are not.

The lines get picked up by the Glowing:1b tag.

That is MC-96154, which is also invalid.
