[MC-95359] Lines appear out of nowhere

Lines appear on my skin and from other players and this includes the clouds.
It's not a resourcepack.
Computer: MacOS

FYI I know this is unrelated but we only accept bugs of non modded games (hypixel is a modded server)

This still occurs in 1.9, 1.10 and 1.11, but does not occur in versions prior to 1.8. Help me ;-;
