[MC-118025] GRAPHICS ISSUES: Strange "Bouncing" When Wearing Elyctra and When Pausing Game underwater

There appears to be an issue where I am either seeing some "invisible" block and I am continually seeing a strange screen flicker when jumping ontop of blocks wearing elyctra
