[MC-118073] observer blocks are permanently turned on

observer blocks are permanently turned on

Can't be turned off by block update.

still powers things.

can only be turned of by being replaced.

Happens if I've opend a world with forge and mods and the later open it with a regular client.
appears normal in modded client.

Note:I have the vanilla tweaks texture pack, so you can see if the observers power state and rotation easier.

Invalid as it relates to a modified version of the game.

I can understand that but when the world is returned to a vanilla state the blocks are permenantly bugged.

If the world is touched by mods, that invalidates your report, your world is, as such the report is invalid.
