Did you change your key bindings to use Ctrl for saving toolbars?

SunCat, i was not touched Controls... button in this snapshot ❓

The key combination for saving/loading hotbars was changed a few versions ago (as the old default caused people to accidently overwrite it). Check controls to get the new bindings; if I recall correctly it uses X and C.

Maybe, you can change "Invaild" to "Cannot Reproduce"?

I could, but I won't do so, because I don't see any bug here. Use the key that is specified in Options => Controls => Save Toolbar Activator
