Color codes in functions doesnt work

When using color codes in functions for items, they dont work.
The command i used:

summon item ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:"minecraft:firework_charge",Count:1b,tag:{display:{Name:"§4Test",Lore:["§4Test"]}}}}
