Items such as written books don't get cleared properly when /clear is quickly executed after updating written book in same tick

When using advancements to detect a change in the inventory, for example, a book and quill/signed book, and the reward for the advancement is to clear the book, it does not get cleared. Trying to press Q does not work on the item, but opening the inventory and clicking the item makes it work again.

This is probably due to the book getting updated in the same tick it is supposed to be cleared.
