New player hints showing every time you open a world

Survival hints like "Move with W A S D", "Use mouse to turn", and "Punch a Tree to collect wood," will show every time you open a world, despite already have completed those first steps.

further on they never dissapear until you actually do them wich is super annoying.

For me this bug is only appearing if I switch from MC 1.12 to an older version and then back to 1.12. Is it for you the same or are you in 1.12 only?
