When I pass through a nether or end portal, sometimes my armor/elytra do not register properly. They appear in the armor slots, but I have no protection, and I cannot fly with my elytra. Sometimes waiting fixes it, sometimes taking an item off and putting it on again fixes it, sometimes traveling back through the portal fixes it, and sometimes I have to relog while in the end to correct the issue.
