[MC-119436] Moving around made it keep moving.

I don't know if this is a bug or a setting or something but it is very annoying. The following is important.

When I spawn sometimes it will not allow me to move.

Holding down WASD, Space, Ctrl, or Shift for periods of time longer than 1-10 seconds will result in me moving or sprinting or crouching without pressing any keys.

This, whatever it is, is really bugging me and I would like to know about this soon.

By the way I meant to say this in the description but this was happening not just in 1.12 but in other versions I tested (1.8, 1.7.10)

Do you have "GeForce Experience" or other incompatible software installed on your computer?

I do have Norton Antivirus but I don't have GeForce Experience.
