[MC-119572] Pressing F1 whilst in portal hides the overlay

1. Enter a Nether Portal (with Nether being disabled)
> Observe the camera warping and the portal overlay fading in
2. Press F1
> Observe the camera still warping whilst the portal overlay has been hidden

This might duplicate MC-83353, however, that issue has already been marked as resolved.
