We encountered a problem with the redstone and it's so embarrassing.
We wanted to do command blocks and we had this bugs (redstone powder flying, disincroning other redstones ...) Watch the video (1 mn 30)

This problem was detected in 1.12, I doesn't test in previous version.
The redstone can bug flying machine with redstone_block and piston extension ans slime block
No problem of tps
No connection bug*
Problem appear with the clone command of the game and expand it per chunk

We don't have any lag, and it's concern only a few chunk in a cross-shape, and not the others.
We're far from being stupid, of course we checked before if it was a lag issue...
