My dogs are consistently teleporting into walls and hillsides and taking suffocation damage.

It's been three months and I'm still seeing the same issue. It's become a major impediment to travel, as I can't even travel between my house and nearest farm without them teleporting into at least one wall each. They make no attempt to free themselves beyond simply following me, and several have died as a direct result of this.
