whenever I am using a mouse to play java edition, the viewpoint wanders slightly without slowing down right after I stop moving the mouse, as if i'm still slowly moving the mouse in one direction. It is very annoying, it makes me nautious playing the game after a while. This Doesnt happen when playing windows 10 edition of minecraft.

I checked and I didn't toggle Cinematic mode. It moves as if the game still thinks im moving the mouse steadily in one direction, and Doesnt slow down, or stop, unlike cinematic mode. This issue needs to be reopened.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds in-game and attach the crash report (.minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) to this ticket.
Sounds like you have enabled the cinematic camera by accident. Assign a key to
Toggle Cinematic Camerain the controls menu and press the assigned key on your keyboard to turn it off.
