[MC-120728] note blocks wont work

i used mcedit and note block studio but the note blocks would play

its for 1.11

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. Mojira currently takes issues for version 1.12.1 and 1.12.2-pre2.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
