Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

if you somehow find I have a bunch of advancements, its just because since I reported the bug I earned some of them back.

Is this still an issue for you, or did it get fixed in the meantime?

well it didn't get fixed but i haven't had a repeat of the problem since the 3rd time it happened. (this report was the first or second time i'm pretty sure
