[MC-120852] Sheep drop no wool/meat upon being killed

I am playing a private survival world. I have a sheep pen, 2 blocks deep in dirt ringed by a wooden fence. I have playing this world since before the latest update with no issues. Now when I kill sheep, they do not drop meat or wool. I can however shear the sheep to receive wool.
