I play with a fresh jar file. But when i try to break clay block the game crashes and doesn't give any logs.

That's sounding like a corrupt sound file (pun intended):
Stop Minecraft
Delete the folder {{.minecraft\resources}}}
Restart Minecraft
The soundfiles will be downloaded in the background while playing and will take several minutes.
