If one acts with a villager, and he for 1 Emerald offers 16x pork (for example), uses this offer, and add a 64-stack emeralds in the trade window Places and SHIFT-click the pork purchases, and then by ESC the trade window closes, you get almost all emeralds back, but has nonetheless bought pork.
