Cakes can be placed on certain blocks, they shouldn't be able to.

Confirmed, possibly intended

Confirmed for 1.13.1, although don't really see a problem with placing it on chest or fence the cake doesnt float 😛

look closley cake on the chest is floating just make it so its not placable cause the chest door will go right through the cake
