Crops can only be placed on farmland with light level 9 or above. Please verify that the light level is correct.

The text is avaliable in Crowdin now and has a translation key (command.context.here
) – as mentioned in MC-303293 –, but it is still unused in game, as the previous code analysis still applies: the string is hardcoded inside of Brigadier.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
This is not exclusive to armor stands and applies to all entities than can be hit.
Since it has been over three years and there was no response by the reporter, I’m resolving this as Cannot Reproduce. Please open a new ticket with a world attached and reproduction steps, if possible, if this is still an issue for you on the latest version or snapshot.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

Any issues regarding block states being created or changed by using the Debug Stick are not accepted on the bug tracker.
Do you have, inside the Video Settings, the “Reduce FPS when: AFK” setting? If not, does this issue also occur with the “Reduce FPS when: Minimized” setting?
