I opened up a new hardcore world with this seed: 7249922301140524820 and when i went to the Coordinates -997 61 -46 there are two dead bush in the river just floating in Vanilla so no mods. I only tried it in 1.21.11 so i don’t know if it happens in other Versions too.

This does, in fact, happen in other versions too. It is a duplicate of MC-198993 🙂
The screenshot is with mods but I tried it in Vanilla too happenes exactly the same
