The Bug:
Dead bushes can generate in water.
Here is an example:

Steps to Reproduce:
Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Observe where the dead bush has generated.
Observed Behavior:
Dead bushes can generate in water.
Expected Behavior:
Dead bushes would not be able to generate in water.

I believe that this happens because in the desert village path there is a dead bush that generates one block below and when that structure part generates in the water the dead bush is placed and doesn't update the water. An easy fix for this is to just remove the dead bush from the desert village path generation
