[MC-303372] Banners show the texture of shelfs and blue animated streaks that go across the banner like wind

banners sometimes show the textures of the shelf on them if you place them and get close to them, and if you hold them in your hand with something in your other hand, if you also put grass in your off hand and hold the banner it makes the grass texture 2d, and you can see its 2d in your inventory because you can't see the grass on your screen, only on your hotbar. Dirt blocks also do this but not 2D just gone. This might also happen with other blocks I'm not sure. this even works on multiplayer. MOJANG PLEASE FIX!
