The bug
Thrown ender pearls behave erratically when teleporting players, moving them in a seemingly random offset from the actual landing position. This did not happen in 1.21.1.
To reproduce
Look straight down and throw an ender pearl.
Observed result
The player would stay roughly in the same position, as in 1.21.1.
Expected result
The player is moved to a noticeably different position.
