[MC-121412] Minecraft 1.13 snapshots crash on launch.

When I press the play button for Minecraft 17w43b, the game crashes immediately, without even trying to load. It still happens with any amount of RAM (1 or 4 GB). 1.12.2 works perfectly on my system.

I have found a workaround! There is no crash report in .minecraft/crash-reports. The fix is to turn of resolution in launcher profile

This is still an issue for me on 1.13.1 Pre-1, messing with resolution settings in launcher did not fix.
