The bug

In 1.12.2 and earlier it's possible to drag a server and move server list up/down, like touchscreen. As of snapshot 17w43a, this now no longer works.

According to MC-121281, this is fixed. Is this an issue in 17w45a?

This isn't fixed.
1.12.2:
1. Add 5-7 servers to make server list scrollable
2. Click and hold any server
3. Move mouse up/down
4. Server list moves up/down
This isn't possible in any snapshot.

Confirmed it's still an issue in Minecraft 17w45b.
