Key "None" display string as "key.keyboard.-1"

Previously if you set key binding to NONE by pressing ESC. It will show "NONE" but now is "key.keyboard.-1"

Also happens with Windows 7 and German keyboard layout. Old unassigned keys stay as "Not bound" (at least for me).

Can confirm for Windows 7, English layout, and Java 1.8.0_151.

Yes. That's what the bug report says. What do you mean by that comment? Did you just want to repeat its content? That's not necessary.
