[MC-121691] /teleport with rotation does not work

Attempting to specify a rotation in /teleport fails with the message "No such argument 'destination' exists on this command".

Still broken for the /tp ~ ~ ~ 0 0 variant, although /tp @p ~ ~ ~ 0 0 works. Also, it seems like pitch and yaw have swapped (though that may be intended).
