Command that can crash the game

Tested on 17w45b, you can crash Minecraft by entering this command

/tp ~ ~-10e100 ~

My guess on why this works is because you are going below the 32 bit integer limit, causing it to loop back up to the top of the 32 bit integer limit. A previous bug then causes the game to lock up because you are over(i don't remember) blocks.
