[MC-122018] Tree is generated above the water

When generating a new world, I was spawning right next to the Savannah biome, when I reached this biome I could already see that the acacia tree was generated above the water at about 3 blocks from the water. The chunk is obviously already loaded because the client rendering distance is set to 10 chunk.
