Recipes for cut sandstone and chiseled sandstone are reversed

The bug

In resolving MC-122143, the recipes for cut sandstone and chiseled sandstone were swapped.

Expected recipes:

• Cut sandstone (formerly smooth sandstone) was crafted with a 2x2 of normal sandstone

• Chiseled sandstone was crafted with 2 sandstone slabs arranged vertically.

Current recipes (as of 17w47b):

• Cut sandstone is crafted with 2 sandstone slabs arranged vertically.

• Chiseled sandstone is crafted with a 2x2 of normal sandstone.

This also applies to red sandstone.
