I expected minecraft to open as usual.
An error message came up when I tried to log onto Minecraft instead. Instructions from the page say to send a copy of the crash report.

I've tried the suggestions made on the duplicate of my comment. It was not helpful, and I had the same difficulties that the previous user, Steve Spielberg, had. Are there any further suggestions or advise to this problem. I have checked the reference page, and so far, none of the information has been relevant.
Duplicate of MC-3291.
