[MC-122629] /help entries for command aliases are not very descriptive

For example, /help tp. An inexperienced user may not know what "tp -> teleport" means. Maybe the help for the actual command should be displayed along with a short helpful text like "/tp is an alias for /teleport".

@@unknown, the issue you're describing is MC-129312, which currently renders this issue irreproducible (see the "is blocked by" link).
