Statistics for mining banners and beds never increase

The bug

Scoreboard objective criteria minecraft.mined:minecraft.red_banner (and other colors) never increases.

How to reproduce

1. Create your objective

   /scoreboard objectives add breakRedBanner minecraft.mined:minecraft.red_banner
   /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar breakRedBanner
   /scoreboard players set @s breakRedBanner 0

2. Place a banner of that color and break it in survival mode.
   → Notice your score has not increased
