Woodland Mansion Generates Without Planks

I created a new singleplayer world in the latest snapshot, and decided to check out the woodland mansion (found with `/locate` of course. When I got there, I found all the planks were absent from the structure.

This is probably related to saved structures not being fully compatible with the new block system.
