The vanilla structure files are currently outdated, they are being updated in order to fix this. That custom structures also are incomplete/wrong is up to the creator to fix.
The reason that the structures broke in the first place is MC-122174.
End city towers do not generate end stone brick walls (wich means shulkers can’t hide on them and the structure is broken)

shea Yes this is for every structure.

I made a list of all the structures that appeared to be affected on my bug report (See MC-122219 linked above). There may be more structures, but these were the only ones that appeared to be affected.


@unknown appriciated, but of no real use, as it's just the structure files. Every structure that uses structure block/file generation is affected, villages don't use it, monuments don't use it, temples don't use it, end cities, fossils, mansions, igloos are. Wet sponges missing would be another bug (haven't seen those in there in ages).

I'm not sure if it's worth adding, but when I explored a broken mansion, all the iron doors look like this

Not completely fixed in 18w01a.
Igloos generate without a bed. In the bottom room, brewing stand and cactus in a pot also generate an extra copy of the items inside them on top of them.
Woodland mansion prisons now don't have any doors. Storage rooms with big chests generate correctly along X axis, but generate 2 single chests side by side along Z axis.
In the end cities some small 3x3 tower rooms still lack walls (produces floating spiral staircases).

That's a different bug.
Please create a new report for the other issues as well, the main issue here is fixed.
