[MC-123041] Cannot ride a tamed horse, while holding tools, weapons and non-food items

Cannot ride the tamed horse / llama / donkey / mule, when you hold the sword, bow, axe and other tools, non-food items / blocks.

Does not affect the skeleton horse and zombie horse.

You can only get on a horse with an empty hand. Sorry but its true.

This ticket is for a tamed horse.
This is working in 1.12.2.

With a tamed horse you can hold an item an mount them. With the snapshot you have to have an empty hand to get on your horse. That's not normal. If it wasn't tamed then yes. But tamed horses you cannot get on them with an item in your hand.
