[MC-123060] Minecraft Crash on loading

When launching the game from the launcher the attached screenshot happens. I have tried to repair Minecraft with the installer & delete the .minecraft folder from the %appdata% folder.

Please help!

The requested file does not exist, the following are the only folders in the .minecraft folder after reinstalling it.
