Elytra Momentum Lost when Teleporting

When teleporting while flying with elytra, any momentum will be lost.

Teleporting through a portal, or using the /tp command? Or something else?

I just tested this out in the latest snapshot and it appears to be fixed, probably due to MC-122118 being fixed. This ticket can be closed.
