[MC-12325] Bug with dispenser and repeater

The first image shows the clock that doesn't trigger the dispenser.
It happens ONLY when there's redstone after the dispenser at this exact contraption!
If you remove the redstone after the repeater and move the block with torch, it works again

Unable to reproduce. But seeing as dispensers have same difficulties as pistons when powered diagonally this is most likely duplicate of MC-11193.

Now I've tested with a piston and it happens too

It's a directional bug as you can see in the world upload, but i don't know if it's related with the pistons. If it is, you can close this ticket ^^
It probably is, because it happens with piston/dispenser
