[MC-12355] Painting sinks in Wall

When paintings are placed, they disappear. When the block that they were placed on breaks, it begins throwing painting items at you.

Bad discription of this it actually wont appear and destroy block throws same amount of paintings at you ALTHOUGH they appear if you re-enter world or server
